Thank you for the opportunity to present the proclamation for“March 8 to March 14, 2009 as the "Teen Tech Week.”

Your request for a Proclamation from March 8 to March 14, 2009 for "Teen Tech Week” has been approved.
Representative(s) of your organization are required to attend the Council meeting on Monday, March 2, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall (177 – 1st Avenue N.E.), at which time they will be asked to give a brief presentation regarding the week being proclaimed.
Please use the door located on the corner of 1st Avenue N.E. and Chaplin Street. This door will lead you into the Council Chambers.
